This is how I am growing my cozy online business in 2026

I spent the last year of 2025 reflecting about what I want to achieve in 2026.
I’ve got a couple of ideas in my head.
However, I’ve learnt it the hard way that ideas alone are not enough.I need to have proper systems in place to execute them.
So I started designing my system. Before diving right into it, I wanted to define what my online business would entail. I decided to come up with some content pillars
Content Pillar 1: Cozy Business Systems
This is where I am designing the structure of my business. Being a solo business creator, I’m handling everything from admin work to creative ideas. It can get a bit overwhelming. So I note down everything on my Notion. Notion has been incredibly helpful in listing down what I want to create and how I’m going to repurpose my content in different forms.

I’ve also made a note of my goals. I’ve got weekly, monthly and yearly goals.
I designed this kit to help other creators who are starting their blogging journey. Everything I’ve used to start my blog, this kit has it. It also includes monetization strategies
Content Pillar 2: Blogging Tips
This is where my main content theme comes. The whole reason I started my blog Create Radiantly was to make money from evergreen content. I love writing and content creation.I use my blog posts as my main source of content repurposing machine
My main digital product is designed around this topic.Every week, I am dedicating to write atleast 2 blog posts and promote them via Pinterest
With both the content pillars defined, this is where I am documenting my journey in the form of content creation. I’ve currently got 3 mediums of content - writing, video and shorts.
For writing, I cover it in my newsletter and on my blog
I am yet to expand on this one. Everything I’m doing is part of the lifestyle I’m living. I left my high paying 9-5 corporate job to jump into full time business without any backup plan. It’s risky, scary, overwhelming but also rewarding. The routine is also different now.
I don’t wake up in the morning panicking about going to soul less work. I enjoy what I’m doing. While there’s a looming pressure of making money, there’s also the freedom of doing anything I want.
Anyway, I want to start documenting my morning, evening routines of living as a creator. The structure I’m putting into my days and the tools I’m using to run my business - everything will come under this pillar.
If you plan to start a similar online business using blogging and content creation, I’d suggest to start with picking your niche and designing your content around this. I’ve designed a free mindmap to help you get started
Before I continue writing, I want to mention my virtual social media manager Metricool. This tool is single handedly changing the way I create content My metricool content calendar dashboard this week It distributes my content across 8 platforms Twitter Instagram Threads Bluesky YouTube Pinterest Tiktok Facebook I have been creating my shorts, doing image and carousel based posts and also publishing written texts across Twitter, Threads and Bluesky. Snapshot from my CreateRadiantly etsy shop This morning I decided to update my Etsy listings. I started this shop back in May 2025. This was a time when I was asking ChatGPT to spit out business ideas and names for me. I used ChatGPT to build my entire business plan. The challenge was I am doing everything by myself. I am my own social media manager, my own designer, my own strategist, my own editor, my own filmmaker, my own photographer.. I ran out of titles there. Once you start a business,...
Create Rise Wealth Empowering creators to turn visiblity into wealth And I’m not delulu I took a big risk - so much that I used to dream about it. It was finally time for me to move on and take the call. Every night I had nightmares about living the 9-5 job which wasn’t serving any purpose Every morning I woke up thinking that one more day got wasted because I didn’t take that plunge The popular opinion is always ‘have an emergency fund and then pursue something on the side’. This is most BS...
